About Jeevan Foundation

Jeevan Foundation is a registered social welfare NGO working in the field of
de-addiction, rehabilitation, and community awareness. We operate professionally
managed Nasha Mukti Kendra in Agra and Firozabad, providing structured recovery
programs, psychological counselling, and long-term support to individuals
struggling with substance dependence.
As a trusted Nasha Mukti Kendra in Firozabad, our focus is on holistic rehabilitation,
discipline-based recovery, and social reintegration, helping individuals rebuild
their lives with dignity and purpose. Along with treatment services, we actively
conduct awareness programs to educate families and communities about addiction
and mental well-being.
Why Jeevan Foundation was established.
Addiction is a serious and widespread issue that often goes unaddressed or is treated without empathy and responsibility. While observing the growing impact of substance dependence on individuals and families, it became clear that very few organizations were working with genuine intent in the field of de-addiction.
Jeevan Foundation was established in 2021 to address this gap — with a focus on dignity, honesty, and meaningful treatment rather than profit-driven care.
Our Growth Journey
The organization began its work with a rehabilitation centre in Agra, focusing on structured residential recovery. As the need for responsible de-addiction services increased, Jeevan Foundation expanded its operations and established a second rehabilitation centre in Firozabad in 2023.
This expansion was driven by demand, not scale ambitions — ensuring that quality and ethics remain central to our work.
Our Approach to De-addiction
Jeevan Foundation believes that addiction treatment must go beyond temporary control or confinement. Many centres focus primarily on revenue, often compromising patient dignity and long-term outcomes.
Our approach emphasizes structured routines, counselling, personal responsibility, and respect — helping individuals rebuild stability, confidence, and purpose during recovery

Program Structure
- Residential program duration: Approximately 90 days.
- Treatment scope: Alcohol, drug, and multiple substance dependence.
- Family involvement: Allowed and encouraged through regulated interaction.
- Support system: Counselling, discipline-based routine, and monitoring.
Beyond Rehabilitation
In addition to residential treatment, Jeevan Foundation actively conducts awareness programs in schools, villages, and community spaces. These initiatives are NGO-led and focus on prevention, education, and early identification of substance-related issues.
Looking Ahead
As a growing social organization, Jeevan Foundation continues to plan responsible expansion into additional social welfare areas, including elder care services. These initiatives are being developed thoughtfully, with a focus on sustainability and genuine impact.
