Since 2021 — quiet, stubborn hope.
A registered social-welfare NGO from Uttar Pradesh working in de-addiction, rehabilitation and community awareness, with one belief at our core: substance dependence is a treatable condition, not a moral failure.
It began in Agra, in 2021, with a handful of families.
Jeevan Foundation opened its first residential de-addiction centre in Agra in 2021, at a time when families across the region had few dignified places to turn. Word spread through the people we helped, and in 2023 we opened a second residential centre in Firozabad.
Today our Agra centre operates from our larger Chhalesar campus, and alongside residential rehabilitation we run community awareness programmes in schools, colleges and villages, aligned with the goals of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan — because prevention reaches people long before a rehabilitation centre can.

Recovery designed by professionals, delivered with heart.
Leads clinical assessment, medical supervision and treatment planning for every resident across both centres.
Run daily one-to-one and group sessions — every session has a purpose, a method and a written record.
The daily backbone of every recovery — routine, safety and dignity, around the clock.
Our values are simple. We refuse to compromise on them.
Dignity
Every individual deserves respect regardless of their condition. Recovery built on humiliation does not last; recovery built on self-respect does.
Honesty
Transparent practices with families and stakeholders — about progress, about setbacks, and about what recovery genuinely takes.
Innovation
Continuous improvement in treatment methods, care practices and the way we carry awareness into communities.
Social Responsibility
As a social-welfare NGO, our mission runs beyond fees. Nobody who calls us is turned away without guidance.
