Experiences shared by families, individuals and community members who have come through Jeevan Foundation. Names are withheld to protect privacy and dignity, and every story is published with consent.
Counselling helped our family understand dependence as a health and social issue. The team focused on awareness and responsibility rather than fear or pressure.
I was treated with dignity throughout. The structured routine and the awareness sessions helped me understand my own behaviour and take control of my recovery.
The awareness programme explained the subject in simple language. Parents and young people were able to openly discuss issues that usually get ignored.

Why we publish only consented, honest stories
Recovery deserves truth, not marketing. We never publish anyone’s story without consent, we withhold names, and we never promise that one person’s journey guarantees another’s. What these stories prove is simpler and stronger: it is possible.
